Customers within the EU are entitled to cancel their orders within 15 days of receiving their goods, provided that you notify us in writing within that time. Send us an email to and please state that you wish to cancel your order. We will contact you by email to confirm that your order has been cancelled and to give you further instructions. All items must be in original, undamaged packaging and must be in perfect, resalable condition. Failing this, we reserve the right to refuse such return. Please note that it is not possible to return items that were previously worn.

We advise customers to use a traceable delivery method as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Except in the case of faulty products, customers are obliged to meet all expenses of returning goods.

Once we have received your item, we will send you an email confirming that your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made to your account and will exclude any delivery charges.

The costumer may return any products with manufacturing defects, free of charge. To this end, you must contact us on, stating the product to be returned including a photo with the shown defect and invoice attached. Each product to be returned must be unused and include its labels, original packaging and documentation. Failing this, we reserve the right to refuse such return. Upon receipt of the product and verification of the existence of manufacturing defects in any of the products ordered, we will proceed with the repair of the product or send another product of the same characteristics, free of charge for the costumer. If that is not possible, owing to lack of stock, the amount paid for the purchase of the product will be returned within 14 days.

Please note that custom made jewelry can not be returned.

Products purchased on sale can not be returned or exchanged.
